Always chillĀ your martini glasses and then start, this way the drink is always in “chill” mode. That doesn’t sound too hard, does it?
- 2 parts Raspberry Vodka
- 1 part Whipped Cream Vodka
- 1 part Cassis
Pour into a shaker filled with crushed ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into the chilled martini glasses and add a couple of raspberries or, if you really want to go over the edge, a slice of fresh peach.
Yummmmmmmm.
Mediterranean Martini
This is nicer and makes you think of the south of France or wherever your ‘happy’ place is…….
- 2 parts Raspberry Vodka
- 1 part Creme de Cassis
Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with crushed ice and shake for a minute and strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
You may like this so much it could taste like two. Any more than that and it is hangover time. Be careful.
